Česká Lípa, Biber's Chapel of the Augustinian Monastery

Nowadays the whole building of monastery belonged to The District Geographic Museum. The authentic octagonal Holy Trinity Chapel (1761) - known as so-called Biber's Chapel - is a part of this monastery.
The Augustinian monastery was evicted in April 1950. The building was allotted to training automobile service garage school, cloister was allotted to The District Museum and to The District Chancery in 1960. The monastery was being reconstructed during four years. Since 1964 the chancery was settled here, four years later the museum was moved here because the monastery had to serve as a pioneer house.
